Ryan Dempsey

Manager of Global Health Research Development

Ryan Dempsey is the Manager of Global Health Research Development in the office of Research Development Services. In his role, Ryan provides pre-award administrative support (to include budgeting, proposal compliance, and proposal submission) for Georgetown’s Global Health centers, in-country teams, and other Georgetown PIs participating in global health research proposals. In addition, Ryan is responsible for collaborating with university leadership regarding global compliance, risk mitigation, and process efficiency. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from George Mason University and Masters of Professional Studies (MPS) in Applied Intelligence from Georgetown University. Ryan also holds the following certificates from the Research Administrators Certification Council: Certified Pre-Award Research Administrator (CPRA). Ryan has worked in RDS since 2016.
