- If expenses are included in the budget that will be funded by funding sources other than the primary sponsor, an unrestricted cost center must be included on the TRACS transmittal form, especially for any committed effort for any listed personnel
- If personnel from other Georgetown University (GU) departments are included on budget to receive salary support, the department chair needs to sign the External Department Chair Approval form
- A General Disclosure (GD; filed annually) and a Study Specific Disclosure Form (SSDF) is required for all personnel who have been identified by the PI as an investigator on the proposed effort. GDs and SSDFs for GU Personnel are managed in TRACS.
- For multiple PI applications, the multiple principal investigator application form must be completed and signed by the PIs and their department chairs.
